*By purchasing this "item", you are agreeing to pay $25 for the design cost and the remainder towards your merch. The Design Fee is waived with subsequent orders.

**The $25 design fee will be waived and credited your order, if you purchase a minimum quantity of 10 items & spend a minimum of $220. (Please note, Add Ons charges do not qualify as "items" in your Qty Total).

*** CUSTOM MERCH ORDERS require a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes towards design fee and 1 merch sample. Please note, this is a deposit ONLY and each custom item such as, but not limited to, sweatshirts, pants, scrubs, uniforms, hats, capes, aprons, jackets, socks, masks, & bibs, will be priced individually. Estimates & Invoices will be emailed to the email address attached to the order.
